Property has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and 2 baths, TV, dining area, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Towels, bed linens, cleaning supplies, and kitchen essentials are provided. Each property is professionally cleaned after each stay. If there is an area that needs attention, please contact the House Manager – we do not offer refunds/cancellations for cleaning but assure you that the property is thoroughly cleaned prior to each arrival. If an item is broken during your stay, either replace it with an identical item or let us know and we will replace it at replacement cost to you. No parties or loud raucous activities allowed. No guests allowed other than those listed on your booking. Quiet time is after 10 PM. This is a sleepy neighborhood with long-term residents, please be pleasant and respectful of all neighbors.
