Cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Please read cancellation policy carefully prior to booking. No parties or loud raucous activities allowed. This is a non-smoking property. Cleaning Fee covers normal cleaning of surfaces, towels, and bed linens. All dishes must be washed and put away prior to departure. Excessively dirty apartments will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit – so please use all appliances and furnishings gently and responsibly. Guests limits are strictly enforced – there is an additional charge of $100/guest not indicated on the original reservation. Please be sure the number of guests is listed accurately.

Long-Term Rentals of 30+ Nights – Guest will be charged for all damages even if the damages exceed the stated Refundable Security Deposit of $300. Water, garbage, and TV are included in the rate. Guests are allowed up to $100/Month for electric/gas charges – which guests rarely exceed. Please be sure to turn off all lights, fixtures, and appliances when exiting the apartment. Guests will be charged for excessive use of electricity/gas in excess of $100.

Pet Policy: Pets are considered on a per case basis. Guest(s) must obtain pet approval prior to making a booking. For Instant Booking Requests, management assumes that guests have no pets. There is a $200 pet fee per pet. If permission is given – pets are only allowed inside the booked property. Pets are not allowed on common areas of the property at any time. Pets are not allowed to defecate on or about the property. A violation of this policy is cause for immediate cancellation with no refund. When booking with a pets, you are agreeing to pay for all damages including removal of pet hair and urine damaged items at time of booking. . Please work out all details regarding pets prior to booking If a pet is brought onto the premises without express written consent, the entire security deposit will be forfeited and any damages caused by pets will charged.
