Guest access

Electric security gate at property – use grey keypad on fence, to open gate. Gate opens automatically at exit. Gate is not to be left open at any time.
Guests will be provided with a code, to open the Keypad lock attached to the apartment’s private entrance. They will also be provided with a code for the alarm. Laundry room is usable by guests. Guests must climb stairs to enter property.

Awesome house! The pictures don’t do it justice. This was the perfect place for my family to stay for our daughter’s UC Berkeley graduation. The house is super clean, beautifully furnished and well provisioned. The spaces allowed our family to have privacy and yet be together. Such a great location. You feel like you are far away from it all but everything is just minutes away. So convenient. I highly recommend this home.
