There is a $300 Refundable Security Deposit required for nightly rentals and a $1000 Refundable Security Deposit required form month+ rentals. All guests must approve of House Rules prior to booking. No pets, parties, or loud, raucous activities permitted. Guests are required to leave apartment with dishes washed and put away and all garbage disposed of in the proper receptacles. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for excessively dirty apartments. No smoking is allowed inside the property – if smoking is detected guests will forfeit their security deposit. Guest limits are strictly enforced – please note how many guests are in your party prior to booking.
